Climate Spring at Berlin International Film Festival 2025
Climate Spring attended the European Film Market as part of Berlin International Film Festival 2025 to connect with friends and partners across the European screen industries.
We were delighted to attend Berlin International Film Festival and the European Film Market (EFM) this year. It was wonderful to connect with so many of our European friends and partners, as well as creatives from across our growing global community - each one committed to harnessing the power of film and television in driving climate action, one story at a time.
We were pleased to co-host an industry mixer in partnership with TorinoFilmLab, bringing together creatives working at the intersection of storytelling, climate and sustainability. The event provided a valuable opportunity for writers, producers, sustainability professionals and climate advocates to exchange ideas, explore potential collaborations and consider how climate narrative change can be integrated across their work.
We also had the pleasure of attending a special screening of The End as part of Berlin Critics' Week, hosted by Think-Film Impact Production. The film was followed by an in-conversation event with Oscar-nominated director Joshua Oppenheimer, Tilda Swinton, George MacKay and climate activist and author Luisa Neubauer.
